Membership Types
Salesperson
Any person that has completed the Real Estate Career Prep Course, the PEIREA Pre-licensing Course, obtained a salesperson's license from the Province of PEI and hired by an Agent/Broker. This Initial Fee is prorated depending on the month you apply and is inclusive of HST.
Administrator
Any person that works as an administrator for an Agent/Broker. Individual membership is free.
Brokerage/Firm
Any company that has obtained an Agent's license from the Province of PEI.
Full Affiliate
Any person or company involved in the real estate industry in Canada. Provides ability to advertise in the Association publications, receive our newsletter, company web link on our website and receive two (2) communications/year, approved and sent to REALTORS® by PEIREA on behalf of the Full Affiliate Member. Also, $70.00 per user per month grants unlimited access to MLS® Paragon (Black Knight) system. Option to attend Professional Development Sessions at a cost of $50.00.
Limited Affiliate
Any person or company involved in the real estate industry in Canada. Provides ability to advertise in the Association publications, receive our newsletter and receive one(1) communication/year, approved and sent to REALTORS® by PEIREA on behalf of the Limited Affiliate Member.
