Welcome to the REALTOR® Community

As a new REALTOR® you are joining a community of real estate professionals who are proud of their profession, their businesses, the value they provide their clients and the work they do in their communities.

As your provincial Association,we are part of that community. We work in cooperation with your national Association -CREA to ensure as a REALTOR®, you are recognized as a trusted and respected voice and expert in all things real estate. We promote your value to consumers; advocate public policy that benefits your business and Canada’s real estate marketplace to federal decision-makers; provide key products and services; and, deepen REALTOR® professionalism through administration and promotion of the REALTOR® Code.

Membership Types

Salesperson: $1,404.63

Any person that has completed the PEIREA Pre-licensing Course, obtained a salesperson's license from the Province of PEI and hired by an Agent/Broker. This Initial Fee is prorated depending on the month you apply and is inclusive of HST.

Brokerage/Firm: $1,000.00+HST ($1,150.00)

Any company that has obtained an Agent's license from the Province of PEI.

Full Affiliate: $2,000.00+HST ($2,300.00)

Any person or company involved in the real estate industry in Canada. Provides ability to advertise in the Association publications, receive our newsletter, company web link on our website and receive two (2) communications/year, approved and sent to REALTORS® by PEIREA on behalf of the Full Affiliate Member. Also, $70.00 per user per month grants unlimited access to MLS® Paragon (Black Knight) system. Option to attend Professional Development Sessions at a cost of $50.00.

Limited Affiliate: $500.00+HST ($575.00)

Any person or company involved in the real estate industry in Canada. Provides ability to advertise in the Association publications, receive our newsletter and receive one(1) communication/year, approved and sent to REALTORS® by PEIREA on behalf of the Limited Affiliate Member.

Administrator: $0.00+HST ($0.00)

Any person that works as an administrator for an Agent/Broker. Individual membership is free, covered by Agent/Broker.

This is a one-time fee upon the creation of your membership. Annual and monthly fees are paid by brokers for their salespersons and administrators.
